HOW TO USE
CLEANING INFO
We recommend the Lava Stone is cleaned by hand by submerging in water for 5 mins to let any remaining heat dissipate and then simply wipe the surface of the stone. Scourers can be used as required. The Bamboo Board should just we wiped clean with a cloth and not submerged in water or left damp. The Stainless Steel Tray is dishwasher safe.

A fully heated stone will remain sizzling hot for 20–30 minutes and cooking for over 40mins.

Yes, place your steak straight on the stone and simply cut and cook individual strips and bites cooked as you like
