8cm Paring Knife 
Our paring knife is a small knife with a plain edge blade that is ideal for peeling and other small or intricate work – such as de-veining a shrimp, removing the seeds from a chilli, ‘skinning’ or cutting small garnishes. It is designed to be an all-purpose knife, similar to a chef’s knife, except smaller. 

12cm Utility Knife 
A utility blade is a lot lighter and more manoeuvrable than the larger chef’s knife, but can still cut common home cooking products which paring knives cannot cut effectively – fruit, potatoes and tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, etc. 

19cm Slicing Knife 
Our slicing knife can be used to slice thin cuts of meat, including poultry, roasts, hams, and other large cooked meats. Our slicing knife is much thinner than the Chef’s knife, enabling you to carve thinner, more precise slices. 

19cm Serrated Edge Bread Knife 
The large serrations on our Bread Knife allow it to grip the crumb and the crust of bread to cut it, without having to press down on the bread to do so. Straight-edge knives have to press into bread to gain an initial purchase to start cutting, which tends to crush rather than carve the bread. 

20cm Chef’s Knife 
Our modern chef’s knife is a multi-purpose knife designed to perform well at many differing kitchen tasks. It can be used for slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables, mincing and slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts.
