How to Use
You can heat you SteakStones Lava Stones in the Oven, under the grill (or broiler) or on the hob (or stove). For this sized stone heating directly on the hob (or broiler) will be the quickest method taking just 20mins, or otherwise the grill (or broiler) will take around 30mins. Add your chosen selection of meat, fish or vegetables to the side plate and your favourite sauces or other condiments to the dip pots. Move the stone carefully from the heat source to the set with the tray and steel disc in place and you’re then ready to serve and enjoy sizzling each bite, exactly as you like.
