Sizzling Tomahawks

The 27x20cm lava cooking stone in our new Steak Sharer & Sauces Set is the perfect way to present a sensational Tomahawk Steak. Because it's such a deep steak, we like to give the Tomahawk a hard sear in a super hot cast iron pan before resting for 10mins.

Then serve up to the table either whole or pre-sliced and you can then sear each slice before enjoying with every bite deliciously seared on the outside but with all the succulence trapped inside every mouthful.

This set comes with 3 dip bowls for your favourite condiments; this could be flavoured salt, mustard, horseradish or perhaps a nice stick caramelised red onion chutney. 

Perfect for Tomahawk , but of course also great for any steak you'd choose to share, maybe a Cote de Boeuf, Chateaubriand or chunky T-Bone Steak. 

Aswell as serving the stone sizzling hot, you can also chill it which is great for an antipasti platter. All our products are super versatile and add form and function to every meal.
