Sea & Stone

A beautifully presented seafood selection bringing together three delicious favourites from the sea — succulent salmon, meaty tuna and tender scallops. Each piece is served alongside a bed of seaweed and finished with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and fresh herbs, adding colour, texture and a subtle nutty flavour.

At the centre of the dish sits a pre-heated SteakStones lava stone, allowing the seafood to be cooked at the table. The intense, retained heat of the stone gently sears the outside of the salmon, tuna and scallops, creating a beautifully caramelised finish while allowing you to cook each piece exactly to your liking.

To accompany the seafood, the dish is served with two dipping sauces — a rich, dark soy-style sauce for a savoury, umami depth, alongside a lighter sweet and tangy dipping sauce that brings a touch of sweetness and acidity to balance the richness of the fish.
